Roasting & Shipping Information

When do we ship?

All of our coffees are roasted to order every Monday. Orders made by Sunday 11.59pm will be roasted and shipped out within the following week. Orders made on Sunday 12am onwards will be roasted fresh the next Monday and shipped after. If we have existing stocks of the coffees ordered, we will send it out earlier, but this is subject to availability.

How do we ship?

We currently use NinjaVan service for all deliveries within Singapore. All purchases will be a flat rate of $4. Any purchases $30 and above will also enjoy free local shipping upon checkout. 

We send goods with padded Ninja Packs and give them the extra cushioning they deserve. Ninja Packs are delivered directly to your doorstep. If you're not at home to receive the parcel, don’t worry! The Ninja drivers will attempt to redeliver it up to 3 times.
