When do we ship?
All of our coffees are roasted to order. Orders made by Monday 11.59pm will be roasted and shipped out within the week. Orders made on Tuesday 12am onwards will be roasted fresh and shipped the following week. If we have existing stocks of the coffees ordered, we will send it out earlier, but this is subject to availability.
How do we ship?
We currently use Singapore Post's SmartPac service for all deliveries within Singapore. All purchases will be a flat rate of $3.80. Any purchases $50 and above will also enjoy free local shipping upon checkout.
SmartPac will be delivered within 2-3 working days during non-festive periods (i.e. Jan to Sep) and 3-4 working days during festive periods (i.e. Oct to Dec). SmartPac will be deposited into recipient's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt. When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery.
From 1st November 2019, SmartPac will be delivered to the letterbox only. Now you can retrieve your packages at your own convenience. Doorstep delivery still applies for SmartPac posted by 25th October 2019.
